You can schedule a tour of our apartments by calling/texting 563-296-1377 or filling out the contact form on our website. Our property manager will be happy to show you around and answer any questions you may have.

To apply for an apartment, complete the application form found here. The application fee is $45, which covers the cost of the background check, credit check, and eviction history. Proof of income will be required as well. Upon approval of your application, you will be asked to sign a lease agreement and provide a security deposit.

A-Lotte covers the water and sewage of each apartment. Tenants are responsible for gas and electricity. Each building has coin operated washer and dryers in a common area.

Yes. We allow both dogs and cats. There is a $250 non-refundable deposit as well as a $25/month fee per pet.

As of 01/2025, we do not allow smoking within our units. This will apply to all new leases. All current leases have been grandfathered in, but will eventually be changed to non-smoking as well.

All of our units are rented on a month-to-month basis. A 30 day notice is required to terminate a lease.

All tenants are required to pay a security deposit (equal to one month of rent), the first month of rent (pro-rated), and the pet deposit (if applicable) at the time of the lease signing.
